Satisfactory Academic Progress

Federal regulations require all student financial aid recipients to make satisfactory academic progress (SAP) toward achieving a degree. The review of satisfactory academic progress must include both quantitative and qualitative components. 这是经过测量的 by the student’s cumulative grade point average and pace of credits earned in relation to those attempted and the length of the academic program. This form should be completed when a student has been notified by the Office of Student 金融援助 that their SAP status requires an appeal. Supporting documentation should be uploaded with the appeal.

    This form may be completed by a third party in support of a student's appeal in place of a letter of support. This is most common when an appeal is due to personal difficulties.

This form should be completed by an academic advisor when a student has been notified by the Office of Student 金融援助 that an academic review is needed.
